Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both students and instructors while maintaining the quality of our programs.

2. Full Refund Period

You may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided that:

• You have not accessed more than 25% of the course materials
• You have not attended more than 2 live sessions (if applicable)
• You submit your refund request in writing to our support team

3. Partial Refund Period

Between days 8-14 of enrollment, you may be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the course fee, subject to the following conditions:

• You have not completed more than 50% of the course materials
• You provide a valid reason for withdrawal
• The request is submitted through our official channels

4. No Refund Period

After 14 days from enrollment, or if you have completed more than 50% of the course materials, no refunds will be provided. This policy ensures the sustainability of our programs and fair compensation for our instructors.

5. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of:

• Medical emergencies (with documentation)
• Military deployment
• Technical issues preventing course access
• Course cancellation by EduCenter

We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer full or partial refunds, course transfers, or credit toward future programs.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

2. Include your enrollment details and reason for refund
3. Allow 5-7 business days for review
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

7. Course Transfers

As an alternative to refunds, we offer course transfers to different programs of equal or lesser value. Transfer requests must be made within 30 days of original enrollment and are subject to availability.
